Terms & Conditions

By proceeding with the booking process, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1) Reservation and Payment

To hold a reservation, an approved 40% deposit payment of the total amount is required. This payment can be made via bank transfer (bank charges are paid by the guest). The pre-paid booking deposit will not be refunded in the event of cancellation by the guest.

The booking is confirmed only when HuaHin-Rental has received this amount and has emailed a booking confirmation to the client. HuaHin-Rental keeps the right to cancel the bookings within 48h from the booking and a refound will be made in this case.

The remaining balance, (60% of the total amount), final cleaning fee, and security deposit must be paid IN CASH upon arrival to the property.

2) Security Deposit 

The security deposit for each property is indicated by the owner. If there is no damage, the security deposit will be fully refunded to you upon your departure. If there is any damage to the property inflicted by the guest, the security deposit will be used to cover the repairs. The remaining security deposit balance (if any) will be returned to the guest no later than one month after check-out date.

3) Check-in/Check-Out

Check-in to the property starts from 14hrs
Check-out from the property is until 11hrs

We will attempt to accommodate all necessary arrival times. In order to do so, we ask that you contact us as soon as possible with your flight or travel information. We ask that you call us from the airport, after collecting your luggage and before making your way to the apartment. This way we know whether you have arrived on time or not, as often planes, trains, and automobiles are delayed or rescheduled.

We will always attempt to accommodate early arrivals and late departures, but this is dependant upon previous/following bookings. Please note that there is a 500 THB surcharge for check-ins earlier than 12:00 and between 21:00 and 24:00; check-ins after 24:00 incur a 1000 THB surcharge. A late check-out (after 11hrs) can be arranged upon agreement if the apartment is available with a surcharge of 500 THB.

Document required upon your arrival : 

 1) - a copy of the indentity card for Thai nationals or a copy of the Passport for foreiners. 

 2) - your dated and signed contract ( We require of you a copy of the contract dated and signed upon your arrival and before the handing-over of the keys)
